Times and technology have changed the way buyers look for property. Conventional methods of marketing no longer produce the results they did just five years ago.  Today, over 86% of all buyers search for properties online before calling a Realtor. 

That's why I have exclusive Listing Websites designed for my listings and utilize professional photography to capture the home.  The home will be advertised online with it's own "street address" web domain.  Once on Realtor.com, the MLS and dozens of other popular home search engines, buyers everywhere can "tour" the home, 24/7.

 

Magazines

I can feature your home in full color on our page in a home's magazine that will get distributed every month to major retailers, supermarkets and other popular consumer locations.

 

Open House Advertising - Newspaper

In addition to placing my directional signage in and around my Open Houses, I will also ensure even greater buyer traffic by advertising in the Daily Bulletin and mass-invited all of my Buyer Agent and Buyer Databases.

Postcards & Mailers

From "Just Listed" Postcards to "Open House" invites, there is quite a bit of old fashioned print distribution and mail-outs to inform immediate area interests (as buyers often come from locals who alert family that a home close to them has become available.

 

Door to Door Advertising

I even don my tennis shoes and supplement my marketing campaign by going to the doors of homes with a professional materials describing your home. 

 

Highly Visible & Noticeable Sign

I always recommend allowing me to place my “For Sale” sign on the property because in addition to making your home to potential buyers and Realtors, it also informs neighbors that your home is on the market.  Again, it is not uncommon for a neighbor to recommend a home available in their area to family and friends.

 

 

Relocation Packets

Another great source of buyers come from those moving to our area from other parts of the state or the world.  Every such buyer will receive an information relocation packet that highlights the home, nieghborhood and local concers.

 

Realtor Network

I routinely utilize my extensive database of professional contacts, which includes: Real Estate Brokers & Realtors, Mortgage Brokers & Lenders, Title & Warranty Reps, Property Inspectors and a large contingent of industry professionals to further get the word out.
